SGSA Internship Information Session
SGSA Internship Information Session
- Time: Thursday, October 22nd, from 2:15 P.M. to 3:15 P.M.
- Location: Microsoft Teams
The Statistics Graduate Student Association invites you to our Internship Information Session, a virtual panel featuring fellow graduate students who have completed internships in industry and research settings.
Our panelists will share where they interned, how they found their positions and when they started applying, and what the interview process involved. They will also talk about what day-to-day work looked like, how they balanced the internship with their research and their advisor’s expectations, and which skills proved most valuable on the job. The session will end with an open Q&A, so please bring your own questions.
All graduate students are welcome, whether you are actively applying this cycle or just starting to think about internships.
